The Central Luzon State University - College of Education has been accredited by the CPD Council for Professional Teachers of the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) as Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Provider for Professional Teachers (Accreditation No 2017-116) last December 12, 2017, for a period of three years or until 2020.

This initiative was due to a Memorandum Circular released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) calling for all government agencies including state universities and colleges (SUCs) and government owned and controlled corporations (GOCCs) to apply for accreditation as CPD providers and have their programs accredited by the CPD Councils concerned in order to assure that all professionals employed therein can earn CPD credit units without cost to the CPD Provider and the professionals.

“The College of Education, as a Center of Excellence for Teacher Education, adheres to provide quality services to all professional teachers through offering accredited CPD programs.” said Dr. Regidor G. Gaboy, CEd Dean.
