CED graduates rated higher than the national passing in the September 2019 LET results

The College of Education performance in the September 2019 LET

The Professional Regulation Commission and the Board for Professional Teachers announced that 28,973 elementary teachers out of 92,440 examinees (31.34%) and 54,179 secondary teachers out of 136,523 examinees (39.68%) successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) given last September 29, 2019.

Among these examinees, 72.09% of Elementary Education (EEd) graduates and 78.70% of the Secondary Education (SEd) graduates of the College of Education (CED) have passed the LET on their first try.

Overall, 57.22% of the EEd graduates and 63.27% of SEd graduates were successful in their LET.
